Pork

All cuts are available on a daily basis, even specific cuts such as fillets, spare ribs and lounza. We also offer a large selection of pre-packaged meats such as pan-fry pork, pork burgers, spicy pork, pork "sheftalia", pork schnitzel, Greek gyros, marinated kebab, minced meat loaf, pork steaks, marinated pork steaks, lounza pork with seasoning, Chinese spareribs and much more. Pork is delivered daily to ensure freshness.

Chicken

A series of suppliers provides our customers with the greatest options in chicken. There is a wide selection of pre-packaged chicken meats such as chicken burgers, chicken pané, wings, chicken fillets, stuffed chicken, wings with barbeque sauce, chicken fillet stuffed with fetta cheese, chicken fillet with grated cheese and sweet corn, kebab with tandouri and lemon, chicken kebab, chicken curry, Indonesian fillet and more. Fresh chicken is delivered daily to our store to ensure only the freshest and finest reaches your table.

Lamb

Our lamb is always of Cypriot origin, bred and slaughtered locally. The lamb available is of a specific weight and does not exceed 16 kgs.

Beef

Cypriot beef is delivered daily to our store. There is also a delivery of French beef from a reputable and well known French supplier who supplies beef to leading outlets all over Europe. We offer “A” quality bon-filet, rump steak and sirloin steak. Our beef is 100% pure without added preservatives. We also supply fillet steak from Argentina and Ireland that is delivered every week.

Veal

A weekly delivery from Holland of top quality fresh veal is available.

Measures for preservation of meat:

• Strict monitoring of fridge temperatures
• Strict monitoring of meat PHA acidity
• All refrigerators are controlled via a central temperature system
• Analysis is conducted every week to ensure meat quality
• ALPHAMEGA Hypermarkets are certified by the ISO 22000 (International Organization
  for  Standards). This is the most advanced system with direct reference to ensuring the safety
  requirements with regard to foods, not only through the various State Services (Health and
  Veterinary Services), but also those of the consumers.
• Inspection is carried out only if all veterinary control on each animal has been finalized and seals are correct
• The animal’s weight is checked so as not to exceed its recommended kgs.
