Preparation time 10 minutes (plus marinating time). Cooking time 20 minutes.
1.Place chicken in large saucepan, cover with water, boiled to reduce heat covered for 10 minutes or until chicken is just cooked through. Drain.
2. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients is small bowl. Place chicken in shallow dish with half of the chilli mixture. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
3. Cook undrained chicken on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered until browned all over and cooked through, brushing with the remaining chilli mixture during cooking. Serve with char-grilled vegetables if desired.

*Do not have the barbecue too hot as the sweet marinade will burn before the chicken is heated through.
