Grilled lime and pepper ocean trout

Ingredients: 
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime rind
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 4 ocean trout cutlets (720gr)
  • 1 large red onion (300gr)
  • 2 limes

Preparation: 

Preparation time 10 minutes (plus marinating time). Cooking time 10 minutes.

Combine rind, pepper, oil and chives in large bowl. Add fish, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Meanwhile cut onion and limes into wedges. Cook fish, onion and lime on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered until fish is browned both sides and just cooked through, and onion and lime are browned. Serve fish with onion and lime.
