Sweet chilli lime fish

Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup (125ml) sweet chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1.2kg flathead fillets

Preparation: 

Preparation time 10 minutes, cooking time 10 minutes.

 

1) Combine sauce, coriander, juice and oil in large bowl, add fish.

2) Cook fish on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned both sides and just cooked through.
