Ingredients: 
  • 750g minced beef
  • 1 cup (70g) stale breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sun- dried tomato paste
  • 125g mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
  • ½ cup (150g) mayonnaise
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 50g mesclun
  • 1 small red onion (100g), sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons drained, sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • Mesclun is a mixture of assorted young lettuce and other green leaves.

Ingredients: 
  • 6 lamp chump chops (660gr)
  • ½ cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • ½ cup (125ml) dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • Sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 1 cup (150gr) drained sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup (125ml) olive oil
  • ½ cup (80gr) pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
