Mustard T-bone with jacket potato

Ingredients: 
  • 8 medium potatoes (1.6kg)
  • 8 beef T-bone steaks (2kg)
  • 1/3 cup (95g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation: 

Preparation time 10 minutes, cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes.

 

1) Wrap potatoes individually in foil, place in disposable baking dish. Cook in covered barbecue, using indirect heat, following manufacture’s instructions, about 1 hour or until tender.

2) Brush beef all over with mustard, cook on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked as desired. Sprinkle with combined herbs.

3) Serve beef with potato.
