Potatoes with aioli

Ingredients: 
  • 1kg potatoes
  • Aioli
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¾ cup (180ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon hot water

Preparation: 

Preparation time 20 minutes, cooking time 20 minutes.

1. Cut potatoes in half lenghways.

2. Cook potato on heated oiled barbecue or grill until tender, serve with aioli.

Aioli: blend or process egg yolks, juice and garlic until combined. With motor operating , gradually add oil, process until thick. Stir in the water.
