Preparation time 35 minutes (plus marinating time), cooking time 15 minutes.
1. Combine sauces and garlic in large bowl, add pork. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Thread pork onto 12 skewers.
2. Cook pork on heated oiled barbecue, or grill uncovered, until browned and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, thinly slice onions diagonally. Halve cucumber lengthways, discard seeds. Thinly slice cucumber lengthways.
4. Serve pork with onion, cucumber and extra plum sauce, if desired.
