Preparation time 20 minutes, cooking time 10 minutes
1) Combine pork, breadcrumbs, egg and parsley in medium bowl. Using hands, shape mixture into four patties, flatten slightly. Indent centres, spoon combined chutney and cheese into centre of each patty. Shape patties around chutney mixture to enclose mixture, flatten slightly.
2) Cook patties on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked through.
3) Split buns in half. Place cut-side down onto barbecue, cook until lightly toasted.
4) Top base of buns with lettuce, tomato, pineapple and patties, top with extra chutney, if desired. Replace top of buns.
