Spicy pork kebabs

Ingredients: 
  • 750gr pork fillet
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh oregano
  • ½ cup (125ml) olive oil

Preparation: 

Preparation time 35 minutes (plus marinating time). Cooking time 15 minutes.

Cut pork into 3cm cubes. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, add pork. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Drain pork and discard marinade. Thread pork onto 12 skewers. Cook pork on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked through. Serve with rice or potatoes.
