Spicy veal cutlets

Ingredients: 
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoons chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 6 veal cutlets (900g)

Preparation: 

Preparation time 5 minutes (plus marinating time), cooking time 10 minutes.

 

1. Combine sauces, oil, spices, sambal oelek and garlic in shallow dish, add veal. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

2. Cook cutlets on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked as desired.
