Veal cutlets in maple marinade

Ingredients: 
  • 1 ½ cups (375ml) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup (175g) maple syrup
  • 6 veal cutlets (900g)

Preparation: 

Preparation time 5 minutes (plus marinating time), cooking time 10 minutes.

 

1. Combine sauces and syrup in large shallow dish, add veal. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

2. Drain veal, reserve marinade.

3. Cook veal on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered until browned and cooked as desired, brushing with reserve marinade during cooking.
