Burger with mustard mayonnaise

Ingredients: 
  • 500gr minced beef
  • ½ cup (40gr) mixed spices
  • ½ cup (60ml) tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 large white onions (400gr) sliced thinly
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 green oak leaf lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato (250gr), sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • ½ cup (150gr) mayonnaise

Combine beef, stuffing mix, sauce and parsley in medium bowl. Using hands, shape mixture into 4 patties. Cook patties on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, cook onion on heated oiled barbecue plate until soft and browned. Split buns in half. Place cut-side down onto barbecue, cook until lightly toasted. Top base of buns with lettuce, tomato, patties, combined mustard and mayonnaise, then onion, replace top of buns.
