Preparation time
Combine beef, stuffing mix, sauce and parsley in medium bowl. Using hands, shape mixture into 4 patties. Cook patties on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered until browned and cooked through. Meanwhile, cook onion on heated oiled barbecue plate until soft and browned. Split buns in half. Place cut-side down onto barbecue, cook until lightly toasted. Top base of buns with lettuce, tomato, patties, combined mustard and mayonnaise, then onion, replace top of buns.
