Preparation time 10 minutes (plus marinating time). Cooking time 45 minutes.
1) combine paste, sauces, rind, juice, sugar, pepper, allspice, chilli powder and garlic in large shallow dish, add pork. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2) Remove ribs from marinade, reserve marinade.
3) Place ribs in disposable baking dish. Cook ribs in covered barbecue, using indirect heat, following manufacturers instructions, about 45 minutes or until ribs are cooked through, brush ribs occasionally with reserved marinade during cooking.
