Steaks with capsicum salsa

Ingredients: 
  • 1 small red capsicum (150g), chopped finely
  • 1 small green capsicum (150g), chopped finely
  • 1 large tomato (250g), seeded, chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
  • ¼ cup (60ml) bottled French dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 beef eye fillet steaks (600g)

Preparation: 

Preparation time 20 minutes, cooking time 10 minutes.

1) Combine capsicums, onion, tomato, coriander, dressing, garlic and cumin in medium bowl, mix well.

2) Cook beef on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked as desired. Serve beef with capsicum salsa.
