Chocolate Martini

Chocolate Martini - After dinner drink.

Ingredients: 
  • 10g chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 45ml vodka
  • 20ml white crème de cacao
  • 45ml chocolate liqueur
  • 10ml raspberry liqueur
  • 20ml baileys

Preparation: 

Using melted chocolate, trace outline of a 9cm-circle (or the diameter of the glass rim) on a flat place, twist the rim of glass in the chocolate before it sets. Briefly place glass upright in freezer to set chocolate.

Combine half of the ice, vodka and crème de cacao in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into glass.

Combine remaining ice, liqueurs and baileys in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then pour gently into glass over the back of a tablespoon so mixture floats. Do not stir.
