Lemon Friatto - Lunch refreshener.
Ingredients:
- 30ml citron vodka
- 30ml limoncello
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 3 medium scoops lemon sorbet
Preparation:
Combine vodka, limoncello, rind and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Place sorbet in chilled glass, pour limoncello mixture over the sorbet.

Garnish thin strips of lemon rind and a straw
