The Social Family’ is Alphamega’s new channel of communication. Social family members are notified through the Hypermarket’s social media channels - Facebook and Twitter – about special offers, competitions, great surprises, news and more.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE «SOCIAL FAMILY”?

Like our page on Facebook, follow us on Twitter and complete the form to receive a member card. Completing this, you will officially become a ‘family member’ and you will therefore start taking advantage of our unique privileges including:

• Unique offers that apply specifically to social family members • Taking part into competitions • Great surprises • Games • News • Gifts

WHERE CAN I FIND AND COMPLETE THE SOCIAL FAMILY FORM?

SOCIAL MEDIA CARD

Completing the social family form, you automatically get the social family card. Social card can be an electronic or printed card. While completing the form, you will be asked to state whether you wish to receive the card in electronic or printed format.

Those of you that will select to receive a printed card, you can get it from the store you will select during the application (any alphamega store). The card will be available 24 hours after your request.

Electronic member card

With the completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation email to your inbox. As soon as you will confirm the user ID, you will receive your member number via email.

Why do I need the social card

Social card is necessary so as to get benefited by our offers, to take parts into competitions and more.

Notes:

• Social card holders are automatically benefited by existing Alphamega offers.

• To take advantage of social family offers, you will need to present your social card at the cashier or state that you are a social card holder, providing your mobile number as a proof.
