  • ½ cup (150g) mayonnaise

  • 50g mesclun
  • 1 small red onion (100g), sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons drained, sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • Mesclun is a mixture of assorted young lettuce and other green leaves.
