Caught in the waters of the open sea of Limassol, Levantina fish land on our plates, letting us enjoy their unique taste! The Levantina Sea Bream and Sea Bass are raised in the Limassol gulf with much love, care and effort. They are fished daily to be consumed within the day. This issue of “alphagefsi” is dedicated to the award-winning Cypriot Levantina fish. We present our delicious recipes, based on two of the most important fish species raised in the Mediterranean region.
