ION & MARTINI COMPETITION: TERMS & CONDITIONS

The company Laiko Cosmos Trading Ltd and ION Chocolates, together with Alphamega Hypermarkets announce their competition with the following terms:

1. Anyone purchasing any 1 ION DARK 90g chocolate and any 1 MARTINI SPARKLING product from Alphamega Hypermarkets in Cyprus can participate in the promotional competition 'ION Valentines'.

2. Employees of Laiko Cosmos Trading Ltd cannot participate in this competition.

3. Participants in the draw, must be holders of an Alphamega Family Card.

4. The competition prize is 2 nights accommodation in a double room, with breakfast at the hotel Casale Panayiotis in Kalopanayiotis, worth €375.

5. The competition begins on 3rd February 2022 and ends on 16th February 2022. The lucky winners will be contact by phone to arrange to collect their prize within 30 days of the announcement of the winner. The prize can be used within 6 months, according to the availability of the hotel.

6. The prize will be presented to the winner at the Head Office of the Hypermarket or at any other location that the organizers may choose.

7. The prize is specific and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

8. The prize can only be collected by the winner. In the case of a minor, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

9. The competition organizers retain the right to cancel or changes the terms and conditions and timings of the competition if necessary, without prior warning.

10. The competition organizers reserve the right to promote the competition and winner to the media and to communicate/promote any other relevant details.

11. Any personal data supplied is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is stored and used for the purposes of this competition only. Information will be held for 2 months and then destroyed.
