Ingredients

120gr icing sugar

400gr butter

500gr flour -00-

200gr hazelnuts crushed

100gr rum

10gr vanilla


Preparation

  1. In mixer ball creaming sugar, butter and vanilla for 15 minutes.
  2. Add flour, hazelnuts and at the end pour rum.
  3. Keep dough in the fridge for ½ hour.
  4. Shape small balls and baked at 180c for 20-25 minutes.
  5. When is cold sprinkle with icing sugar.
