4 kg turkey

20 gr celery

20 gr carrot

1 onion

2 garlic gloves

100 ml oil

1 ltr chicken stock

2 cinnamon sticks

3 bay leaf

250 gr butter

5 gr oregano

5 gr basil

10 fresh thyme stems

500 ml white wine

500 ml beer

1 orange

1 kg small potatoes

salt and pepper


  1. In blender add oil, butter, oregano, basil salt and pepper. Blend well and spread turkey with the mixture.
  2. Then cut in cubes onion, carrot, celery, garlic. Sliced orange and add all in oven pot.
  3. Then cut potatoes in half and add in pot with thyme, cinnamon and bay leaf. Finally add turkey on top.
  4. Then add beer, wine, season with salt and pepper and pour the stock.
  5. Cover with baking paper, then with pot cover and bake in preheated oven at 170c for 120 minutes.
