    Prepare Use 1. Heat 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water to 50°C. 2. Add 22 g (5-6 tablespoons) of cereals. 3. Stir well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving. Enjoy your meal!
