For cooking: Use it as milk cream. HOLPA is ready to use after opening the package. Use it cold or hot at many sauces, spaghetti, salads etc. For Confectionary: Before use put the product in the fridge for 5 hours at least (not refrigerator). Shake it well, add up to 15% sugar according to your preferences and whip on high-speed mixer. Use it in ice-creams, fruit salads, coffees etc.
Store in a cool place 22°C. Once open keep refrigerated up to 5 days
