    Prepare Use A blend of lactose free buttermilk, vegetable fat and lactose free cream. Contains no hydrogenated oils. Millac cooking 15 is a cream alternative created especially for cooking. It reduces just like dairy cream and works well with acidic ingredients like tomatoes and lemon. Cannot be whipped. Shake well before use
    Storage Store in a cool, dry place under +20°C . Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
