Continuing the tradition of the Swedish way for smoking and slicing the salmon it is certainly results to the good quality and special smoked flavor. The production is based on the traditional way of five Swedish generations who knew very well this art. The fillet is salted by hand and smoked in a traditional smoke ovens for a lot of hours with beech sawdust
Prepare Use Before you eat the salmon to remove it from the refrigerator, open the packaging to stay 10 minutes at room temperature. In case you not consumed the whole quantity please keep it in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days
Storage From the date of purchase you can keep the closed package in your freezer for 6 months
