    Prepare Use This lamp charges during daylight and will illuminate automatically, by means of the installed photocell, when dusk falls. General use: Rechargeable battery(ies) included. The lamp needs to be charged within 1 or 2 days in direct sunlight, before the lamp can be used for the first time. This will benefit the lifetime of the battery(ies). Charging the battery(ies) takes 8 till 12 hours in normal daylight. - In the dark the lamp illuminates approximately 6 hours. - Illuminating hours of the solar lamp depends on the season. - If used indoors, the possibility exists there is less sun/ daylight, so the lamp will not illuminate properly. There might be a switch at the bottom side or underneath the lid of the solar lamp (this depends on your purchase). If the switch is off, the lamp will not illuminate by falling dusk. - If the switch is off, the battery will not charge. - If problems exists concerning the recharge of the battery(ies) after a period of the time, you can replace them with the same type of battery(ies). - Do not throw away the battery(ies) but dispose of as small chemical waste
