Vinification Details | Rosé Grifos, is produced by crashing and macerating two grape varieties in order to extract a blend of their colour and primary aromas. This process lasts for about 18 to 20 hours. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at 15°C. The bottling takes place at the beginning of November of the same year |
