    Sparkling wine obtained from the historic aromatic Malvasia vine. The name Malvasia takes its name from Monemvasia, a port in Ancient Greece from which the grapes were transported throughout Europe. The secondary fermentation is done with the long Charmat method. The color is a bright dark pink and the perlage is fine and persistent. The aromas are fresh and fragrant and the flavor is sweet and harmonious.
