Intense in the mouth with refreshing acidity and nice balance
Vinification Details The three varieties directly after their harvest, are transferred to a cooling chamber where they stay overnight at a temperature of 7-8°C. Next day, the grapes are gently pressed by pneumatic press, followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at 16-18°C. Blending is taking place right after the end of the fermentation and the wine stays on the fine lees for 4-6 weeks before bottling
