Tasting Notes
A deep ruby colour with purple highlights. A generous and complex nose revealing aromas of black cherry, «garrigue» and cinnamon. On the palate, it is full-bodied, well-balanced, with a persistent finish dominated by round tanins and aromas of crystallise
Vinification Details
Alcoholic fermentation realised in oak barrels, long macerations (5 to 7 weeks). Running off according to tasting of each «foudres» (oak barrels). «Drop wine » from the juice and «press wine» from the marc are worked separately.Aging in local oak barrels
