Perfect for porridge, overnight oats or baking. Wholegrain oats. Plant based. High fibre
Prepare Use Mix 50 g of oats with 150 ml of milk alternative or water. On the hob: bring to the boil. Simmer and stir until the oats reach the perfect consistency. Microwave: cook on full power for 2 minutes, stir and leave to sit for 1 minute before eating. For overnight oats your way: 50 g gluten free oats your way, 75 g yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy), 75 ml milk (dairy or non-dairy). Mix ingredients together in a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning add your favourite fruit, jam, nut butter or seeds
