Prepare Use	All you need is 30 ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) + 30 ml water + 1 medium egg. Preheat oven to 180 °C (160 °C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer’s instructions)/Gas Mark 4. 1. Mix brownie mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl with large spoon or wire whisk until mix is smooth. 2. Pour into a baking paper lined square 20 cm x 20 cm tin and then pour the peanut butter randomly onto batter in tin and using a knife to swirl the peanut butter through the brownie mix. 3. Bake for 18-22 min or until a rounded knife inserted 5 cm from the edge of tin comes out almost clean. Cool for 10 minutes in tin before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
