Davies gelatine is great for fruit moulds, whips, souffles, jellies, ice cream, confectioneries and much more
Prepare Use Always add the gelatin to the liquid. It should quickly dissolve when sprinkled on to very hot liquid and stirred. If it does not fully dissolve because the liquid has cooled, complete the process by placing the container in a pan of water over low heat. Never allow the gelatin mixture to boil. 1 sachet of gelatin will set 500 ml of water
