Tasty and light bechamel sauce that does not require boiling
Prepare Use | Preparation instructions: For a large pyrex 32x37cm, use 3 sachets of Yiotis bechamel. 1. Pour in a large bowl 1 1/2 L (7 ½ teacups) of cold milk (alternatively, use an herbal drink of your choice. 2. Stir: Slowly add the contents of 3 sachets, stirring continuously with a hand mixer for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and thick. Βechamel is ready to be used in the food you are preparing. It doesn’t need eggs. 3. Spread the bechamel over the food. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and pour over the surface of the bechamel. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place the food in the oven. For a small Pyrex use 1/2 L of milk and 1 sachet of Yiotis bechamel |
