Nutri Free Gluten Free Bread Mix 1 kg

Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Without lactose and without milk protein
Prepare Use 500 g mix per pane, 380/400 g water, 15 g fresh yeast, 10 g fine salt, 20 g extra virgin olive oil. Preparation: dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Place the flour in a bowl and drizzle the dissolved yeast in it, mixing by hand. Mix carefully, then add the oil and salt and mix to create a homogenous dough. Shape into a ball and let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 and a half. Flour your hands and reshape the dough into a loaf. Pace the bread inside a pan and let it rise for another 20 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated hot oven at 180°C-200°C for 30-40 minutes
