Morrisons Gluten Free Pancake Shaker 155 g

Gluten and Milk Free. Simply add milk or a milk replacement, shake and fry - makes six pancakes. No artificial colours or flavours. Suitable for vegetarians
Prepare Use Shake the bottle to loosen the powder and remove the cap. Place the opened bottle on a flat surface and add milk or milk replacer to the fill line (290ml). Replace the cap, invert the bottle and shake until the mix is smooth. Pre-heat over a medium heat a 7 frying pan and add a small amount of oil, just enough to cover the base. Carefully pour enough batter to cover the base of the pan, just enough to form a thin pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then using a spatula loosen the pancake from the side and base of the pan. The pancake will be ready to flip when the pancake moves freely from the base of the pan. Turn and cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat stages until the batter has been used. Serve immediately
