Schar Gluten Free Brownie Mix with Swiss Chocolate 350 g

Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten
Prepare Use For a springform pan (ø 24 cm) or 1 baking dish (approx. 20x20 cm). You will also need: 150 g melted butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk. Preheat the oven to 175°C top and bottom heat. Mix the eggs with the butter in a bowl. Add the baking mix. Gradually stir in the milk until you have a smooth batter. Spread the batter in the baking mould lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Bake on the middle shelf for about 25 minutes. Leave to cool well and cut into pieces. Tip: For extra crunch, sprinkle about 100 g chopped walnuts on top of the brownie mixture before baking
