Prepare Use For every 100 g of pasta, boil 1 L of water and 10 g of salt. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water. Let it boil for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and reserve a small amount of water. Serve the pasta with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or tomato sauce Spaghetti with beetroot, salmon and cream cheese Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti with beetroot, 2 tbsp olive oil, 250 g salmon fillet, 1 clove of garlic, 50 g ouzo, 300 g cream cheese, salt, pepper, ¼ bunch of chopped dill Instructions: Put the spaghetti into plenty of boiling salted water and cook according to package directions, cook for one minute less. Drain the spaghetti and reserve 150 g of water from the pot. Heat a pan on medium to high heat. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Sear the salmon for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the salmon from the pan and saute garlic for 1 minute. Pour the ouzo over the salmon. Add the reserved pasta water and cream cheese. Mix with a hand whisk until a uniform sauce is achieved and let it boil for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens. Remove the pan from heat. Break the salmon into pieces. Add the salmon and dill to the pan. Stir with a ladle and serve.
