Prepare Use | For every 100 g of pasta, boil 1 L of water and 10 g of salt. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water. Let it boil for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and reserve a small amount of water. Serve the pasta with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or tomato sauce. Spaghetti with spinach, coconut cream, peppers and mushrooms Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti with spinach, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 chopped yellow pepper, 1 chopped red pepper, 100 g sliced champion mushrooms, 100 g white wine, 400 g coconut cream, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp fresh thyme, leaves only, 1 fresh onion cut into rings Instructions: Put the spaghetti into plenty of boiling salted water and cook according to package directions, cook for one minute less. Drain the spaghetti and reserve 150 g of water from the pot. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Saute the peppers and mushrooms in the pan and saute for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the mushrooms lose their volume. Pour the wine over the vegetables and add the coconut cream, the reserved pasta water, salt, pepper and thyme. Let it boil for 2 minutes and add the spaghetti to the pan. Mix the pasta with the sauce and remove the pan from the heat. Sprinkle with fresh onion, mix and serve. |
