Prepare Use | Allow 85 g per person as a side dish and 160 g as main course. Add pasta in plenty of salted, boiling water (use 1 L water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta) and boil for 10-11 minutes, stirring occasionally, with the lid open.
