Homemade sushi made easy and tasty with Oriental Express Sushi Rice
For 2 persons: Rinse 200 g of rice thoroughly (5-6 times) with cold water, until water is fully clear. Drain and set aside for 1 hour. Put the rice in a deep pan and add 330 ml water, cover with the lid, and simmer for 12-14 minutes or until the water has been absorbed. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside, cover with a towel and the lid on top, for 12 minutes. Tip! For an authentic experience: Prepare rice vinegar dressing: In a bowl, add 10 g rice vinegar Oriental Express and dissolve ¼ tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt. Put the rice in a bowl (preferably wooden) and add the rice vinegar dressing in it, using a wooden or plastic spoon to mix it gently. Leave it to rest until cool, before using it.
