Prepare Use | Cooking methods: 1: Servings: 4. Ingredients: 60 ml olive oil, 350 g Wild Rice, 1 L broth (according to your preference) or water, salt. Instructions: Heat the olive oil in a pot and then add the Wild Rice, stirring for 1 minute. Soak the rice in the broth or water and then add a little salt. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and let it boil for about 18 minutes. Remove from the heat and cover with a lid. Let it steam for 5 minutes to absorb any excess water and then serve. 2: Ingredients: 350 g Wild Rice, water, salt.Instructions: Add the rice to a pot filled with plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 18 minutes.
