Prepare Use | No need to add salt. In the pan: 400 g fish, 100 g vegetables. Add two level teaspoons dissolved in 200 ml water + 2 teaspoons of starch (e.g. corn flour). For sauce: Mix 2 level teaspoons dissolved in 200 ml water + 1 teaspoon of starch (e.g. corn flour). Bring to a boil for 2’, stirring with a whisk. Remove from heat, add one tablespoon of cream and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Oven tip: use baking parchment and wrap the fish. Reduce the quantity according to the consistency you want |
