Prepare Use In a bain-marie: Heat the spareribs in its packing in a pot filled with warm water (at approx. 75°C) for 15-30 minutes. Briefly (5 minutes) grill the spareribs at 180°C. Oven: Remove the packaging and heat the spareribs for 10-15 minutes in a pre-heated oven (200°C). Make sure to place a drip tray underneath
