Top veal with a flavour that we’ve loved and cherished for generations. Veal cheek vacuum-packed and prepared by Jan. First of all, the meat is vacuum-packed and then cooked in water. That is the best way to make sure that its flavour, juices, vitamins and minerals are preserved
Prepare Use | In a bain-marie: Leave the cheek in its packing and heat it up in a pan of hot water (at approx. 75°C) for 15-30 minutes. In a frying pan: Heat up the butter and dry the veal cheek in a stock or sauce for 8-12 minutes at a moderate heat. Stir regularly. In a microwave: Remove the veal cheek from its packaging and heat it in a microwave dish for approximately 2-4 minutes at 630 watts |
