Veal ossobuco, vacuum-sealed and prepared by Jan. First of all, the meat is vacuum-packed and then cooked in water. That is the best way to make sure that its flavour, juices, vitamins and minerals are preserved
Prepare Use In a bain-marie: Leave the veal ossobuco in its packing and heat it up in a pan of hot water (at approx. 75°C) for 15-30 minutes. In a frying pan: Heat up the butter and dry the veal ossobuco in its sauce for 5-7 minutes at a moderate heat. Stir regularly. In a microwave: Remove the veal ossobuco from its packaging and heat it in a microwave dish for approximately 2-4 minutes at 630 watts
