Prepare Use	PREPARATION: Frying pan or fryer: Add the tenders directly frozen to plenty of very hot oil (175 °C) and fry until fully cooked (2.5-3 minutes). Drain off the excess oil and leave them on absorbent paper for a while. Oven: Preheat the oven to 240 °C and place the tenders directly frozen over a parchment sheet in a tray on the middle rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes until fully cooked. If you want, you may flip them halfway through the baking time. Air fryer: Add the tenders directly frozen to the basket. Cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes until fully cooked
