    Prepare Use How to cook: Cook before eating. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Oven from frozen: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6: 25-30 minutes. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place frozen chicken steaks in a single layer on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time
